MyTAG LEADERSHIP PROFILE

It is specially designed to measure SIX MAJOR TRAITS of an individual’s leadership traits 

The SIX major traits measured are:  i) Personal Capability, ii) Interpersonal Capability, iii) Cognitive Capability, iv) Role Specific Competencies, v) Leadership Styles, vi) Supplementary

It consists of 132 items and takes about 30 minutes only to complete. It measures a 6-point response scales (1=Strongly Disagree to 6=Strongly Agree).

MyTAG Leadership Profile reported very high scores on item reliability (.90) and person reliability (.95), respectively based on RASCH.
